  Bryant Fence and the owner Bruce were incredibly professional to work with. We went with vinyl in Adobe color, and the pricing was competitive with other companies we received estimates from. Scheduling was very easy and they were available within a few weeks. There are a lot of payment method options to choose from, which I appreciated not having to do an old school check but that is still an option. Additionally, none of the companies we talked to had surveyors on staff, so before starting, we hired a 3rd party surveyor to stake the property. Now for the install itself. Our lot is a little difficult with how it slopes in certain areas, but the install crew did a great job with those tough spots. Overall, the fence looks great and contours the ground well, but there was an issue with the setback not being what we had expected. We reached out to customer service and spoke with Bruce. They listened to our concerns and were willing to work with us to find a fair resolution. Things dont always go perfectly, so we really appreciated their willingness to make things right rather than ignore issues. The professionalism and responsiveness throughout this process made a positive difference. We felt they stood by their work and wanted us to be satisfied with the end result.   We had Bryant Fence originally install our fence years ago, and recently had them modify our gate to meet Knox County pool code after installing a pool. The new gate looks fantastic and blends seamlessly with the existing fence. After our pool inspection, the only item we didn’t pass was that the inspector required self-closing hinges instead of the spring that had been installed. Bruce, the owner, personally reached out, apologized for the inconvenience, ordered the correct self-closing hinges the same day, and scheduled us to get everything corrected quickly. It’s refreshing to work with a company that stands behind its work and takes care of its customers. We really appreciate the professionalism, responsiveness, and quality craftsmanship.   The item we liked most with Bryant Fence was they were willing to work with us. We had some different ideas of fencing we wanted. One being that our HOA mostly likely would not allow. Bryant Fence was willing to provide several estimates for 4 different options and photos that we could run by our HOA. The other company we got a estimate from was pretty much "Don't bother, they will not approve". They were not willing to even try. The day of the install. The team was quick and our fence was done in several hours. It looks great. If we decide to do the other side of our house. We will definitely go with Bryant.
